PANJIM: BJP Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanawde has expressed disappointment over the crowding of places after Goa government relaxed lockdown from Friday.
Addressing a press conference at party head office on Friday, Tanawde appealed to the people not to move out of the house unless in case of an emergency and to instead opt for home delivery. He also urged the grocery shops/stores to begin with home delivery full-fledged.
“The way people had crowded places to shop for essential goods, defeated the social distancing norms. It was not properly implemented. I appeal to the people for self restraint as well as shop owners to not allow crowds without social distancing. In fact, the shops should home deliver goods,” he added.
