Anjuna police have booked one Mr Lalit Kumar Dayal N/o Mongolpuri, Delhi for driving a Hyundai Creta vehicle bearing reg no: GA – 03- Z- 8313 on Anjuna beach thereby endangering the lives of the general public and tourists. An FIR under sections 279 and 336 IPC had been registered. A report against the car owner Ms Sangeeta Gavadalkar R/o Shetye Wado Mapusa has been submitted to RTO, Mapusa.
Anjuna PI Vikram Naik is further investigating the case under the supervision of SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi and SP North Shobit Saxena IPS.
