VASCO: The electric poles in the Vasco municipal jurisdiction have been acting as a catalyst for the creepers to grow due to lackadaisical approach and negligence of the concerned authorities.
It was revealed that most of the electric poles have sheltered these creepers and the concerned authorities have totally neglected this issue by not clearing it.
Paresh, a local, said that since June, he is seeing creepers on the electric pole at the Indian Oil Junction. I feel the concern authorities such as municipality or Electricity Department should have take an initiative and clear these creepers.
Another person, Siddesh said that the overgrown creepers on the poles may likely to create short circuit or other issues therefore it is best that these poles need to be kept clean.
