Huge mounds of garbage are seen by the roadside along the Verna-Dabolim Airport highway. It appears that the spot is being used as collection point for garbage.
It is pertinent to note that the place is not very far from the Dabolim airport. The thrash can attract birds which could prove dangerous for planes approaching the airport in order to land.
