I would like to request the RTO and Kadamba Transport Corporation to kindly start a bus service from Curchorem to Margao via Cuncolim and vice versa. This bus service will be a great help to students studying in colleges situated at Curchorem, Quepem, Navelim and Margao.
The service should start from Curchorem and Margao at 7.15 am in the morning and return trips at 1.45 in the afternoon and also a trip in the evening at 5.45 pm. It will cater to the needs of people staying at Curchorem, Ambaulim, Cuncolim to travel to Curchorem and Margao.

I request the chairman of KTC and the respective authorities in the Transport Department to consider the issue as most urgent and act in a favourable manner.
The students and general public would benefit if regular buses make a round trip from Margao town bus stand via Navelim Rawanfond circle, Bolshe circle, Arlem circle and back to Margao.
As of now, no bus transport is available to cover these areas and general public and students are forced to use their own transport leading to congestion on the town roads.
The government could also think about providing bus for school children from certain locations namely Navelim-Borda, Fatorda, Arlem circle, Bolshe circle, Rawanfond circle, Khareband; to various schools and colleges as I feel that it will definitely reduce the number of parents dropping their children to the schools. Also the unsafe practice of school children traveling in hired vehicles would be reduced. Requesting, the authorities to kindly consider the above mentioned suggestions.
