The haphazard manner in which the entire road from Colva to Mobor had been hot-mixed in the rains prior BRICS had been highlighted by me through the media. After a few days of completion of the Summit, we can see already at certain sections the top layer of the concrete tar mix peeling off thereby creating pot holes and craters.
The contractor needs to be penalised for sub-standard work as this has amounted to gross wastage of public money in the name of BRICS.
