CM Pramod Sawant Calls for Goa–Gujarat–Maharashtra Collaboration, Highlights Digital Governance Expansion

Pramod Sawant has emphasised the need for stronger collaboration between Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra to boost trade, tourism corridors, urban infrastructure, and coastal management.

Highlighting the potential of regional cooperation, the Chief Minister said coordinated efforts among the three states could significantly enhance economic growth and improve connectivity along India’s western coastline.

Sawant also underlined the progress made in digital governance in Goa, noting that the state has expanded access to over 240 citizen services across 40 departments. He said the initiative has improved efficiency, transparency, and ease of access for residents.

The remarks reflect Goa’s focus on both regional development partnerships and the continued strengthening of its digital public service delivery systems.
