Colva police have registered an FIR against three taxi drivers — Menino D’Silva, Milagres Almeida, and Agnelo Rodrigues, all residents of Betalbatim — for allegedly causing physical harassment and mental distress to a female tourist.
According to the complaint, the accused wrongfully restrained another taxi driver whom the tourist had booked online, forcing her to walk several kilometres with her luggage in the rain. The incident caused significant physical and emotional strain to the victim.
