MARGAO: Water Resources Minister Philip Neri Rodrigues while commenting on the CAA/NRC/NPR issues said he knows the sentiments of the Catholic community on the issue and has conveyed it to Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
He said “We have to be cautious when it comes to religious issues”.

“We cannot ignore to convey the sentiments of the church as I belong to the Catholic community and will be till my death. We have time and again conveyed the sentiments of the community to the CM,” said Neri while commenting on the exchange of comments over the statements of Archbishop on CAA/NRC/NPR.
