Educomp Solutions signed a MoU with department of rural development; Government of Uttar Pradesh (UP) to impart skill based training programs for the unemployed and under-privileged in the State for a period of 3 years.
This initiative is step ahead toward emerging livelihood opportunities in both formal and informal sectors of the economy. The company will undertake skill training programs in all the 71 districts of Uttar Pradesh and will impart quality training of youth and would deploy competent trainers for imparting training as a part of its obligation.
The company will leverage its K-12 competencies for empowering human resources for industry and self employment, and will also use research base transformative learning solutions for livelihood and career progression. The company will also identify various training activities based on market scan industry interaction and job formation.
