Emerging from a successful 36-day protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, the youth-focused Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has officially unveiled a 12-member leadership team to guide its movement across India. Following a two-day strategic meeting in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, the group announced its organizational framework for the next six months while reiterating that it has no intentions of converting into a political party.

- Abhijeet Dipke (30, Sambhaji Nagar) – Founder & National Convener: Holds a journalism degree from Pune and a master’s in Public Relations from Boston University.
- Ashutosh Ranka (30, Jaipur) – Co-Convener: Holds an engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and a master’s in Public Administration from the London School of Economics.
- Saurav Das (27, Delhi) – Co-Convener: Holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
- Ajinkya Shinde (35, Latur) – National Organisation In-Charge: Holds a B.Tech from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
- Deepak Baliyan (26, Alwar) – Organisation Co-In-Charge & Head of North Zone: Holds a master’s in Political Science and comes from an agrarian background active in farmers’ movements.
- Aafreen Nawaz (34, Bengaluru) – National Secretary: An entrepreneur holding an MBA degree.
- Vijay Reddy Mallangi (30, Hyderabad) – Media Lead & Head of South Zone: Civil engineer from Osmania University with a master’s in Applied Science from Columbia University.
- Ratna Singh (31, Lucknow) – Legal Affairs Lead: Holds an LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
- Vaishnavi Gaur (29, Dehradun) – Research & Policy Lead: Holds a BA LL.B. (Hons.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
- Rohan Deshpande (31, Mumbai) – Technology Lead: A graduate of IHM Mumbai.
- Yogesh Ingale (33, Pune) – Finance Lead & Head of West Zone: A practicing Chartered Accountant.
- Ankit Bharadwaj (35, Ghaziabad) – Head of East & North-East Zones: A practicing Chartered Accountant.
By bringing together specialized talent across media, law, and regional operations, the CJP aims to transition its street-level momentum into a structured, nationwide movement for social and public policy advocacy.
