Ex-NCP Goa observer dead
PANJIM: Former Nationalist Congress Party observer for Goa Adv Gurunath Kulkarni, who was more than 60, passed away in Mumbai on Wednesday afternoon after a brief illness.
The State Executive Committee of NCP and the party president paid tributes to Adv Kulkarni praising him for being instrumental in strengthening the party in Goa after its inception. The deceased was also General Secretary of NCP in Maharshtra.
and member of the Vidhan Parishad.
