Fervour marks Vasco Saptah, but tension prevails at fair

VASCO: While the Lord Damodar Bhajani Saptah commenced with traditional fervour on Monday, tension continued to prevail at the Saptah fair after a group of people went around and threatened traditional sweet mart vendors and tea stall owners to shut down their business.
