Speaking to the media, Physical Education teacher Chadwick Furtado said the school has been providing students with daily updates on the tournament, keeping them informed about match results, standout performances and key moments from the competition.
To make the celebrations more engaging, the school has also organised a series of interactive activities, including football quizzes, FIFA World Cup prediction contests and other competitions designed to encourage student participation and deepen their interest in the sport.
“The enthusiasm among the students has been overwhelming. They eagerly discuss matches, players and their favourite teams every day,” Furtado said.
