Vasco Konkan Railway Police have registered an FIR against unknown individuals for allegedly stealing a handbag containing gold ornaments and valuables worth ₹20.6 lakh. The items belonged to the complainant’s wife and were reportedly stolen between Londa Junction and Kulem Railway Station.
The police have launched an investigation and are examining CCTV footage and passenger details to identify the perpetrators. Authorities have appealed to anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
