PANJIM: The Gawda Kunbi Velip and Dhangar (GAKUVED) Federation on Saturday met All India Congress Committee (AICC) leader Rahul Gandhi and demanded 12.5 per cent representation (five seats) for Scheduled Tribes (STs) for the forthcoming Goa Assembly election.
