In a significant development in the death case of Home Guard Dinesh Gaude, Associate Professor in Forensic Medicine at Goa Medical College and Hospital and in-charge of the South Goa District Hospital, Dr. Madhu S G Ghodkirekar, has lodged a formal complaint with the South Goa District Collector seeking an inquiry into the alleged leak of the confidential autopsy report on social media.
In the complaint, Dr. Ghodkirekar reportedly highlighted that the postmortem report was a sensitive and confidential document and expressed concern over its circulation in the public domain.

He further reminded authorities that government guidelines require public servants to exercise utmost sensitivity while handling cases involving children, women, physically challenged persons, and individuals belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) communities.
The complaint is expected to intensify scrutiny over how the autopsy report surfaced online while the investigation into the death case continues.
