Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has assured that Goa has sufficient domestic LPG within its allocated quota and that the current supply issues will be resolved within the next eight days.
Addressing concerns over the shortage, the Chief Minister urged consumers not to panic and advised them to book LPG cylinders at least 25 days in advance. He added that online booking for cylinders will begin from 2 pm to streamline the process.
Sawant also said that restaurants will receive 20 per cent of their commercial LPG quota daily to ensure that the hospitality sector continues to function without major disruption.
The Chief Minister reiterated that the situation is being closely monitored and expressed confidence that normal LPG supply across the state will be restored soon.
