In Goa, celebrations will be organised at schools, colleges, public grounds, community centres and scenic beach locations. Hundreds of students, teachers, government officials, healthcare workers and yoga enthusiasts are expected to participate in mass yoga demonstrations and guided meditation sessions. Expert instructors will lead participants through various asanas and breathing exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, concentration and overall wellness.

Health experts continue to stress the importance of yoga in today’s fast-paced world, where stress and lifestyle-related illnesses are becoming increasingly common. It is also recognised as an effective tool for maintaining overall health and well-being.

The celebrations will not only focus on fitness but also on spreading awareness about the importance of adopting healthy habits and achieving harmony between mind and body.
