PANJIM: Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has condoled the death of former Goa Assembly Speaker Surendra Sirsat.
In his condolence message, Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari said, “I am deeply grieved to learn about the sad demise of former Speaker of Goa Legislative Assembly Surendra Sirsat. With his passing away Goa has lost a prominent political leader.
