PANJIM: The Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) has asked the Airport Authority of India, Goa, to give details regarding the demolition of the existing Dabolim airport terminal, disposal of the debris and solid waste disposal. The AAI was also asked this after it wanted Consent to Operate for the new terminal.
“You (AAI, Goa) are required to clarify the time frame required for the demolition and disposal of construction debris of the old terminal. You are also required to clarify the mode of collection and disposal of solid waste generated from the existing terminal,” GSPCB told AAI.
