PANJIM: A Upper Division Clerk (UDA) working in the Sattari Deputy Collector’s office, Valpoi was demoted for five years for sending lewd message to a woman, who had approached for some work.
The incident had occurred in 2019 when the woman had gone to the Revenue Branch at the North Goa Collectorate office, Panjim for some revenue related matter. There she met head clerk Amit Balekar, who was handling the revenue matters in the absence of Avval Karkuns (AKs).
