MARGAO: The ninth edition of the Herald Auto Expo was inaugurated on Saturday at the Ravindra Bhavan Parking lot in Margao, by Vallabh Kunkolienkar, general secretary of Auto Dealers Association of Goa and Dr Rajesh Patel. The two-day expo boasts stalls of 22 automotive and finance brands of India. Volkswagen, Honda, Vespa, Yamaha and other major companies will display their vehicles at the expo.
On the occasion, Kunkolienkar said, “I am happy to inaugurate the expo. After the demonetization, the sales are down and this is the best opportunity for the automobile industry. Herald has to be commended for having brought all the brands under one roof and facilitate sale of vehicles.”
Dr Patel has congratulated as well as thanked Herald for organising the expo.
