A 12-year-old boy’s quick thinking saved his home from going up in flames. Pranav Tate had just returned home from play around 9:30 am when he noticed smoke coming from his house. On entering, he found the refrigerator and clothes ablaze. With no one else present, Pranav acted swiftly, attaching a pipe to a water tap and dousing the fire, successfully preventing a major mishap before anyone reached the spot.
