House at Vasco burgled

Gold ornaments and cash worth Rs 1.93 lakh was stolen from a house near Goa Shipyard Limited on Friday evening, as burglars continued to torment the port town for the fourth time in nine days.
According to reports, burglars opened the roof tiles at the house of Hiplito and Jovin Rozario sometime between 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm and ransacked the house.
The cupboards in two bedrooms were found open and clothes were found strewn all over the rooms. The burglars then helped themselves to expensive wine in the house and later fled with the booty.
Vasco police has registered the offence under Section 454 and 380 PIC and PSI Filomina Costa is investigating the case.
