Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the alleged sex scandal in Curchorem, accusing the ruling party of extending protection to those involved.
Describing the case as “shocking,” Kejriwal demanded the strictest punishment for the accused and called for swift justice for the victims. He emphasised the need for a thorough and impartial investigation to ensure accountability.
The AAP leader further alleged that any attempt to shield the accused would undermine public trust and urged authorities to act decisively without political interference.
The remarks add to the growing political discourse surrounding the case, with leaders across parties calling for stringent action and transparency in the ongoing probe.
