Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra were brought to the Anjuna Police Station on Tuesday as part of the ongoing investigation into the Arpora case.
Police sources said that both accused will be produced before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Mapusa, where the police are expected to seek their remand for further custodial interrogation.
