OLD GOA: A woman from St Agostinwada, St Cruz, has accused a man from the same ward of shooting at her dog on Monday. According to Old Goa police, Margarida Fernandes complained that the accused fired a gun at her dog injury it. The motive was previous enmity. A case is registered under Section 11 (1) (a) of Prevention to Cruelty to Animal Act.
