Mapsekarancho Ekvott promises public facilities

MAPUSA: Mapsekarancho Ekvott panel in a 21-point manifesto released on Tuesday promised better roads, uninterrupted water supply and other public oriented facilities.

“Our panel will work for development and progress of Mapusa. Likeminded people from Mapusa, different political parties and NGOs have come together under one banner which includes doctors, advocate, businessman and others. Under our panel we have 16 candidates and we appeal to the voters to support and elect us for development of Mapusa,” said Sudhir Kandolkar.

The manifesto focus on creation of parking facilities in market, KTC bus stand and other places, completion of new bus stand, creation of mini taxi, rickshaw and motorcycle stands in remote location for convenience, completion of sewerage project on priority, proper disposal of garbage, cleaning and beautification of River Tar.
