MAPUSA: Mapusa police on Monday arrested a 22-year-old Mapusa resident with ganja at Mapusa.
According to Mapusa police, on receiving information, the police team headed by PSI Yogendra Garudi conducted raid near Essar Trade Centre, Marod, Mapusa in wee hours of Monday and arrested the accused one Sonu Mustakin Tailor for possessing 360 gms of ganja worth Rs 36,000 approximately.PSI Garudi is further investigating the case under supervision of PI Tushar Lotlikar.
The accused has been booked under Sections 20(b) (ii) of the NDPS Act.
