PONDA: The ambitious and multipurpose KTC bus stand at Marcel in Priol Constituency which has been constructed two years ago will be now inaugurated in the last week of May.
Its inauguration was delayed due to several hurdles such as procuring sanad of the land and NOCs for the project.
When Herald asked Art and Culture Minister Govind Gaude why it was delayed, he informed that it was due political reasons. However, all the hurdles have been cleared by me now. I have managed to get all the required NOCs for the inauguration of the project.
He said, “It would be opened in last Week of May. Currently, all the preparations and maintenance work is undergoing including power connection.”
