A major fire broke out in a flat at Siya Complex in Bicholim, causing extensive damage to property and valuables.
According to reports, important documents, cash amounting to nearly ₹1 lakh, and jewellery were destroyed in the blaze. The total loss is estimated to be around ₹25 lakh.

Firefighters rushed to the spot soon after the incident was reported and managed to bring the fire under control before it could spread further to nearby flats.
