Former Benaulim MLA Francisco “Mickky” Pacheco has voiced support for the proposed No Development Zones (NDZ), questioning the opposition to the move and asserting that protecting ecologically sensitive land is in Goa’s best interest.
Speaking to reporters, Pacheco said, “We want NDZ, but I don’t know why the Benaulim MLA is opposing it.”
