Mizoram Woman Granted Bail in Cocaine Case, Arrested Again for Alleged Impersonation at Dabolim Airport

A Sessions Court in Margao has granted bail to Olivia Lalchawimawii from Mizoram in a commercial quantity drug case in which she was allegedly caught with cocaine worth ₹33 lakh at Dabolim Airport.

According to the case details, Olivia was allegedly apprehended red-handed on March 24, 2026, while in possession of cocaine valued at approximately ₹33 lakh. She was represented in court by Advocate Ashwin Dalvi.

However, despite securing bail in the narcotics case, Olivia was subsequently arrested again by Dabolim Police Station in connection with another alleged offence.

Police have accused her of impersonating a person identified as Lallawmzuali and allegedly producing forged documents, including an Aadhaar card and a boarding pass.

According to her lawyer, a bail application in the latest case involving alleged impersonation and forged documents is yet to be filed before the court.
