Mollem man arrested for assaulting brother

A 30-year-old man Bondumal-Mollem was arrested on charges of assaulting his brother on Wednesday night.
In a police complaint filed with Collem police, Sukanti Madhusudan Gaonkar has stated that her husband Madhusudan Narayan was allegedly assaulted by Nitesh and abused her using filthy language. Collem police PSI Praveen Gauns rushed to the site and arrested Nitesh.
The accused was produced before Sanguem JMFC on Thursday and was remanded to eight days police custody.
