Despite the small opposition presence, with only seven MLAs, the government faced intense scrutiny. Opposition members persistently highlighted various issues and exposed several alleged irregularities, ensuring that pressing concerns were thoroughly debated during the two-week period.
Important resolutions took center stage, notably the much-anticipated regularisation of unauthorised structures. These resolutions reflect the Assembly’s response to ongoing demands for legal clarity and protection for property owners affected by zoning or legal ambiguities.

The House was notably productive, functioning for a total of 135.36 hours. Legislative engagement was high, with 4,226 questions tabled, comprising 896 starred questions (75 of which were discussed on the floor) and 3,330 unstarred questions submitted for the record. Additionally, 180 zero hour mentions allowed members to raise urgent matters, and 30 calling attention motions provided the opposition with forums to hold the government accountable.
