Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Sindhudurg district president Dheeraj Parab on Thursday said that tyre major MRF has cancelled its scheduled recruitment drive in Kudal.
According to Parab, the cancellation came after opposition leaders in neighbouring Goa turned the recruitment process into a political issue. He added that MRF had already sent an official email confirming the cancellation of the event.

The recruitment drive was being closely watched in Goa, as the company’s upcoming Ponda unit had earlier been at the centre of a controversy over local job opportunities.
Parab criticised the political interference, stating that it has directly affected employment prospects for local youth.
