NCP slams former MMC chairperson

VASCO: Nationalist Congress Party Goa’s Minority Cell chief Nazir Khan slammed former Mormugao Municipal Council Chairperson Deepak Naik for miserably failing in bringing development in his own ward. 

“Some projects such as fish market, municipal children park, public clock, powerhouse project have been totally neglected,” Khan claimed.

He said that the NCP leaders will not accept the challenge of the BJP Mandal but will put good candidates in the municipal elections but not on the party level. 

“We will show performance and won’t shoot challenges unnecessarily,” Khan added.

One local from Ward No.12 said that the people must give a chance and elect new faces, who will work and will bring development in the ward, which he claimed has been deprived of any sort of development for many years.
