CALANGUTE: Calangute police on Monday arrested a Nigerian national, Kamah Onyemaechi, presently residing at Parra, on charges of staying in the country without valid visa and passport. He was arrested under Sections 7 (i) (3) of Foreigner Order 1948 r/w, Section 14 of Foreigner Act 1946 and Section 3 (2) (a) and 6 (a) of Passport Entry into India Rule 1950 and Section 3 r/w 4 of Passport Entry Act 1920.
