MAPUSA: Anjuna police on Tuesday arrested Desmond Obidigbo (44), a Nigerian, for illegally possessing narcotic drugs.
According to police, they raided a place at Kamat Junction, Naikawado, Assagao, on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday and arrested the accused narcotic substance suspected to be ganja weighting 103 grams worth Rs 10,000, concealed in an Activa scooter. They also attached from the accused cash of Rs 2,170 and a mobile phone.
