PANJIM: The Old Goa Police have seized illegally extracted 74 cubic meters of sand worth Rs 1.48 lakh from Gaundalim, Tiswadi and booked unidentified persons for illegally extracting sand from Mandovi river and stacking it at an open space on banks of the river.
