One drowns off Baga beach

A 47-year-old man from Ferra Alto, Mapusa, drowned off Baga Beach on Sunday afternoon.
According to reports, Sergio Viegas was rushed to Primary Health Centre, Candolim, where doctors declared him brought-in dead.
PSI Narayan Chimulkar is investigating the case.
Male body recovered: (Vasco Reporter) Mormugao police recovered a decomposed male body which was washed ashore near Jetty in Mormugao Port Trust, Vasco, on Sunday at about 9 am.
According to Mormugao police, the body, which was completely decomposed beyond identification, was found floating in the sea near the Jetty.
Police further informed that the deceased, suspected to be in his thirties, was wearing black trousers and white shirt.
