Panjim Police Station and Fire Station both received calls that a person had jumped off the Mandovi bridge and into the Mandovi river early Thursday morning. The calls were received around 5.49 am. The fire services immediately rushed to the spot and conducted a search operation. However, even after a 3-hour search, no person or body was found. Further investigation is on.
