Porvorim Police have filed a chargesheet in connection with the sexual assault case involving a school van driver, marking a significant step forward in the investigation.
The accused, who is currently lodged in Colvale Jail, has been booked under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act, the Goa Children’s Act, and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
