PANJIM: The Rotary Club Margao Midtown will be donating 100 oxygen flow meters to the South Goa District Hospital (SGDH) which will help to provide oxygenation to 100 beds at the COVID hospital.
The flow meter with a humidifier is used in adjusting the gas pressure and adjusting the gas volume, which helps rescue patients by providing them with much needed oxygen therapy by the hospital.
RC Margo Midtown President Nita Noronha e Costa added that they will also be providing 40 oxygen generators to the hospital soon.
She added that their team worked on generating funds of Rs 25 lakh for these projects through their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partners and that this initiative is part of their endeavour to help the community during this hour of crisis.
She further stated that their team will continue to address any future requirement that arise.
