VASCO: Two persons looted cash of Rs 3 lakh from a petrol pump in Vasco, after threatening the cashier with dire consequences late Saturday night.
According to Vasco PSI Gautam Solanke, the cashier said the incident took place at about 11 pm when two men wearing helmets and riding a motorcycle
visited the Laxmi Petrol Pump
in Vasco.
The robbers then barged into the cashier’s room and threatened him with dire consequences, before decamping with cash of Rs 3 lakh from the cashier and fleeing from the petrol pump. On receiving news of the robbery, a Vasco police team rushed to the site and investigations were underway. Vasco police has flashed messages to all police stations and check posts across the State, alerting them about the robbery at Vasco.
