CUNCOLIM: Cuncolim Police arrested a 45-year-old security guard Lakshi Basumatary, an Assam native at the Margao Railway Station for allegedly committing the murder of his fellow security guard 66-year-old Siddharamayya Rachayye Wandal deployed at a company at IDC Cuncolim on the intervening night of November 23 and 24.

The police were on the lookout for the accused.
The accused confessed to have committed the crime. Cuncolim Police have recovered the iron pipe that was used in committing the crime.
