MARGAO: The South Goa Planning and Development Authority (SGPDA) wholesale fish market in Madel will be opening on August 26. The SGPDA has drawn an order notifying the same. It may be recalled that the market was ordered to be shut from August 21 as some fish cutters at the wholesale fish market were found positive.
