PANJIM: Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, Shantaram Naik has written to Defence Minister A K Anthony today demanding that the captain of the vessel ICGS Vaibhav of the Indian Coast Guard be suspended from service and arrested for alleged rash navigation that caused the death of one fisherman off Goan waters last week.
