PANJIM: Examinations for Std XII and for pre-vocational subjects of Std X began today as the Goa Board reported smooth conduct of the same all over Goa.
The real test for Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education would however begin from Tuesday (March 4) when exams for Std X begin for its core subjects along with Std XII exams in around 70 centres.
Today Std XII students answered the first paper in English.
Goa Board has pooled in a large number of vigilance squads to ensure smooth conduct of exams and to ensure that students do not indulge in malpractices.
